Franchise Description: Since opening its first training center in Pasadena, California in 1996, CATZ has trained tens of thousands of athletes to improve their athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. While we have worked with professional and Olympic athletes in virtually every sport, we pride ourselves on our ability to work with young athletes. CATZ has always focused on serving the needs of athletes from the ages of 8 to 18. As a result of this focus, we understand that developing athletes require a performance training program that has been developed specifically for their needs.
The CATZ training program is the culmination of over 30 years training and rehabilitating athletes. Our training programs are scientifically-designed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and physical therapists to improve each athlete’s speed, agility, strength, power and quickness while at the same time minimizing the risk of injury.
CATZ training programs are sport-specific -- every CATZ workout was created by breaking down the particular sport's movement patterns, rest periods, reaction needs, muscular power, endurance requirements and common sites of injury.
